When you're hung and are asked "how big you are flaccid"?

A lot of the online penis calculators have options for both erect and soft measurements, but my flaccid size varies so much, I usually average it out to 5.5": When it's warm, I'm hanging 6.1" x 5.2", but cold, straight out of my shorts post-workout, I'm 5" x 4.75". It really all depends on so much more when you have more!

What different flaccid measurements do ya have? And did you ever think to note that 99% of other dudes have no idea what it's like to look at your soft dick and go, DAMN, I look small right now, and you're the size of the average erection ????

I'm pretty much the same. 5.5" to 6.5 average length and 5.5" to 6" average girth. Sometimes little longer sometimes alittle smaller. Depending on weather activities and clothes.

When flaccid I'm 4.5" to 5" in length and about 4.25" in girth. I knew for a long time that I was large when hard, but I never thought I looked big when flaccid - until in my mid 20s, when my ex-gf saw me naked for the first time. I was fully flaccid and she later told me that it took her by surprise - she didn't realize a penis could be that big.

I was taken aback, since I hadn't ever compared with other guys (hadn't even seen much porn) - but then when looking for non-porn "normal" naked photos to compare with, I realized that I did in fact look bigger than most of them (perhaps also because of my small frame). I haven't had comments in showers or other public settings, although not all that many people see me naked.

I once took a series of measurements at different times of the day and noticed I fall within a range of 5.25" to 5.75", but I was most often right at 5.5". The girth is usually just over 5", but it can go as low as 4.75" or as high as 5.25". So I just say I'm 5.5" x 5".

Like most of you mine varies a lot on a warm day it can be 7x5 on a cold day 5x4 but on average let's say 6x4.5. problem is I live around London uk so it's a cold day much more often then it's a hot day lol!

I can be over 6 inches if it's really warm, and never less than 4.5 no matter how cold it is, so I say 5.5 when asked.
But I use that as the answer if just asked how big my dick is. When people ask, they mean erect, but I'll answer '5 1/2 inches........... soft '.
