You know, he canceled Highway To Heaven because of his devastation of Victor French's succumbing to lung cancer in 1989. He couldn't continue the show without him at all, so he canceled it for good. It was my grandmother's favorite show by Michael Landon.

Unfortunately, Philip McKeon, who played teenage Tommy in 'Alice' all through the late 70s and early 80s, passed away a couple of years ago. I still remember him as a young kid on that show. He was in his mid-fifties when he passed away. He hadn't done any acting in twenty-five years. Rest in Peace, Philip.
