it had 4 posts of similar disinterest though ? Guess no college hoops fans ?
I took Memphis, but a the three reviewed and rightfully ruled a two pointer (Memphis player should've made sure he was beyond the arc), a sloppy turnover & less than perfect free throw shooting (missed three, when missing only 2 would've won in regulation) in the end sunk them in regulation, going cold in OT didn't help either. The 9 point regulation comeback was pretty remarkable how it worked, strategy was to foul, they stole an inbounds too and KU made their 3 pointers.
Congrats to them, these two were evenly matched tonight, even closer than the OT final score indicated. One team failed to convert at the end and several things went right for KU, including going into the OT game. Also think one of Memphis starters fouled out with 2 minutes to go. That didn't help the cause either.
