I agree with most of the posts on here...most gay porn movies are unrealistic in how they portray sex between two men. More and more porn producers that are filming actors bb have figured out how to have both the money shot and let the top cum in the bottom. It's all in the camera work (angle, lighting, etc.). When done correctly it's hot. A lot of the bottoms will usually push out the cum to prove there was an actual ejaculation.
