Will Smith

I still think "all made up"
Before Police Charges or any thing really BAD they will both come out and
say it was all a hoax and they had been working on it for weeks.

Probably much longer and in cahoots with the Academy. They're still keeping up the charade as Will has apparently resigned. Worth it I guess for the award and symbiotically ratings for the show.

People still believe celebrities act spontaneously while in public in this day and age. Actually, this is nothing in comparison to the level of fakery that goes on in this world. I'm glad the skit was at least about respect for women.

Joan and Kathy did it more convincingly. Interesting that Chris Rock's TV debut was on the final episode of Joan River's The Late Show. Not saying Chris got the idea watching Joan as fake celeb feuds are nothing new.

You think that Joan and Kathy slap was more convincing? I have an amazing crypto opportunity I'd love to speak to you about if you get the chance.

There are no real winners in this game. Will is being called a cuck who desperately needed to 'perform masculinity' after Jada's entanglement table talk nonsense. Chris looks weak, and like an asshole for making fun of Jada's disease. And Jada comes off like some domineering shrew who browbeat her husband into defending her honour. The Academy is the only one to gain potential viewers, but I doubt they'd risk the sanctity of the Oscars (although they did have those hosts this year. oof) for a stunt like this. I bet the hosts were thankful this happened to take the heat off how truly shitty they were - those three are the ones who should never be allowed to work in Hollywood again.

Joan wasn't smiling like Will. WWE is more convincing.

Chris Rock looking around with shifty eyes reading the audience's reaction. Then the obviously rehearsed ending line :emoji_unamused:

This is why the world will never be equal. Most sheep of the world - the vulgar crowd according to Machiavelli - seem to believe whatever they're fed. Imagine what the governments can do. Then, there are the drama queens who want excitement in their mundane lives no matter what the truth is. People will believe what they want to believe.

Nothing is sanctimonious today. We're living in a post Kardashian, British royals sex scandals world. It was all for the ratings.

I don't know about the others or her hosting skills - I can't watch award shows - but Wanda Sykes was hilarious in Monster In Law
