A popular TikToker who makes funny reactions of other peoples TikToks by acting like he is in the video with them took one of his videos and pretended to be tied up as William made him food.

The joke is that the way William speaks directly to the camera in such a soft spoken voice that some people see it as creepy, I believe people made comparisons to Jeffery Dahmer.
