I guess it depends - they could spent their own money and aren't obligated to provide the content for everyone else.
Or they've already been warned about sharing a certain person's content and don't want to get any further warning points.

Probably the only way to know would be to hire the guy and see who shows up. Interestingly, the one review I see there is just 1 star out of 5 and says the photos are accurate (so maybe it is him?) but are out of date (so maybe the years haven't been kind?).
