I ones tipped him 50 for a video, but after a week he deleted the video and said if I wanted the video I should have bought it from him, instead of tipping! I’ve now blocked him and reported him for scamming

OF terms of service explicitly says they will do nothing to stop fraud on their site. You can sue the creator directly, but according to the OF terms of service you can only do it in the UK according to UK law. They don't give a shit about subscribers ... they are very protective of creators (to the point of facilitating and encouraging fraud).

That and I don't think OF cares tbh as long as they get their money. That's also why some people drop from OF when they're not making alot since I think OF taxes tf out of it's content creators
