Seriously though, that's not all that cool...you still have to lay it on a pad, which is essentially the same thing as plugging it in. What would really be cool is if there was some sort of harmless electromagnetic field permeating your house that was at the right frequency to excite some innner transformer coil so your gadgets would get charged just by being anywhere in the house.
