I have been the one in the cage a few times. Certain tops are turned on by using another man as a receptacle. The cage just makes that boundary explicit and removes the ability for the wearer and receiver to achieve full arousal and use of his man parts which is something that those certain tops enjoy as a part of the sexual activity.
