A quick visit to wikipedia says its only a moisturizer for skin irritations so as long as it isn't out of sate you should be fine to use it

Where did you find it, and what are you using it for? If you found it at the market, sealed, yes, that's ok. If you are using it for masturbation, yes, that's OK too.

It is NOT condom-safe, so don't use it as a lube for fucking.

Probably OK. If your not sure contact a dermotologist. Another great lube is A5-35 heat rub. Awesome if you handle the heat..
