You are right. The servers were overloaded, completely by surprise to us when veoh shut down its adult section. Veoh was purchased (as I understand it) and as a result their adult section was no longer needed.

When you get a server unavilable message you can refresh until it goes away as those are temporary.

Yes, I understand your frustration very much. It turns out that the new server is more complicated of an install than I thought. I am not part of the tech team who is working on it so I cannot get into specifics. We are sorry that its taking so long.

I did not mean to be critical so please do not take offence! I am just keen to know eventually that the error is not due to a setting on my computer! I have tried all I can think of to fix what I thought was a problem at this end, and when things settle I shall be ecstatic to find that it has never been a problem here after all.:smile:

Incidentally, I have tried the http://keepvid.com/ link for saving videos and like others am having problems. Are there any tricks or anything involved or should it be straight forward!

It doesn't currently work for xtube.

I've been using xtube for about a month now, and have had no problems thus far
Today none of the videos would load..
I get a screen:

For every video. Now, I tried re-installing flash and to no avail.. so maybe someone can help me out?

Responding the downloading software... Although I have not tried to use it I would suspect that it will not work with XTube, and should they find a way to do so, we would have to find a way to stop it (hahaha). Sorry fellas, we have serious copyright obligations with content providers, privacy issues with uploaders and the like. Serious concearns for a site like this.

Hope you all dont mind hitting the site when you need your fixes. BTW, the server upgrade is complete and everything is patched up to support the multi-server network. We are back to bug fixes and future development. More DVDs are coming in and 2 more servers are lined up for installation.

I also found www.xxxtube.net which is much faster ...
