1. strip ( oh yeah already did that when i walked in the door a few hours back)
2. chat to phone buddy
3. jack off while watchin a movie or listening to music
4. turn off TV/Radio etc

Usually, watch tv for a while to relax.
Go in the kitchen for a snack.
Chat with buddies online.
Take nightly meds.
Lock door.
Turn out lights.
Gargle with mouthwash and take a leak.

Near insomniac here -- been that way for a few years now because I lucked out with late/evening classes in college and grad school.

Usually don't make it in bed before 2:00 a.m.

• I like to surf different blogs online, hoping to find new ones I haven't read yet. I like commenting on stuff, too.
• I'll surf by here once or twice just to see if anything's going on.
• I chat with friends on Yahoo.
• Either I'll play a couple of games online or I'll break out the PS2.
• Or I'll read a bit in my latest book, "Skinny Legs and All." (Thanks, Steve!)
• Or I'll jam some music and do something of the above.
• I'll whip out my planner and check when I'm supposed to be in to work or what errands I have to accomplish the next day. I'll get stuff ready to mail or print up some applications (lately) or plot out my order of events (a little obsessive).
• Late, late night snack.
• I only jerk off if I've got a nagging boner that won't go away.
