I just assume he has major commitment issues since I think his parents divorced rather early. He also seems to be the kind of person who spends a lot of time alone and prefers being a homebody. Also he seems rather work driven so that might take up too much of his time. Or on the other hand since he seemed to get a lot of attention from back when people assumed he was dating another youtuber he might be extra secretive about a girlfriend he already has.
I think you sound really ridiculous. I agree with @zaryan, homebody, busy with work and his cars, and wants to keep personal life private.
