In one of his reaction videos shortly after that “announcement” video he said he’d be closing his OF very soon and only wanted to do it briefly. Both the “I’m closing my OF soon” and “I’m limiting subscribers soon” seemed like an attempt to get people to sign up quickly. He perhaps didn’t get as many people to sign up as he thought he would. So, he went the “I’m closing it soon” route instead. Neither of those things are unusual tactics. But that along with everything else is a bad look.

Going through his videos and you are right. He said he was waiting until he got 1000 subscribers then he would “close it”, which could be interpreted as “limiting” subscribers or interpreted as shutting down his OF entirely once he reaches his supposed goal. However, through just the five videos I just glanced through, he mentioned his OF three times and puts up a big ass banner across all his videos to promote it. So, he’s definitely hyper focused on promoting it. And there’s nothing wrong with making your money.
All of that is kinda beside the point though. I know some want to keep defending this dude. And I can’t even say he’s a “bad” person or particularly problematic. and at 0:40 he says “I’m only allowing another 500 hundred people this month and that’s it” he never state or imply that he is going to close his onlyfans when he get x amount of subscribers he says this month meaning you will have to wait next month to subscribe because the spots will be gone which FYI I hope he knows that onlyfans doesn’t let you limit the amount of people that subscribe to you.
And you can’t close your onlyfans and still let people be subscribed to you because it will say user inactive so his strategy is the “limit subscribers per month” to get people thinking that if they don’t subscribe now they will have to wait next month and again I see that as more of a business tactic.
