Ah don't be fooled, he's sporting at least a semi most of the time. Just compare the below time stamps of the video:

It looks massive at the start, then progressively smaller. You can see the same thing happen in a bunch of their videos. Bernardo just gets aroused really easily when Adam touches him, so you see him sporting a semi very often (and then it settles back down).
He's undoubtedly on the more blessed side and I wouldn't be surprised if that was 7-8 inches hard, but it's easy to tell he likes to show off, so I wouldn't even be surprised to learn that for some scenes they film or some pictures they post, that he fluffs himself a little beforehand.
In one of their older vlog type videos they even talked about that they have sex very frequently because of high drives, particularly Bernardo's. They went on to explain that, any time a video cuts and they say they're going to "relax now", they're actually having sex. It's their code speak for it in public.
So him being aroused so frequently, and showing it, is a pretty normal thing for them I'd say.

Somewhat yes, somewhat no.
They're most certainly aware of it and probably lean into it a little. However, they also deleted or made a large number of videos private earlier this year that all had one big common feature: A lot of nudity, particularly Bernardo in briefs a lot.
See Youtubers stepsof2foreigners where we noticed it.
So in a strange way, they are definitely leaning into it a bit but are also very conscious about it.
In all seriousness, Adam talked about how he is dealing with his addiction struggles and issues from his past. He is seeing a psychiatrist twice a week and a therapist once a week. Bernardo is very supportive and has been educating himself on how to help Adam work on his recovery. Bernardo is considering going to Al-Anon and also wants to start seeing a therapist to deal with some personal and relationship issues.
Have watched them for a couple years now. Their obvious, very sincere devotion and affection for each other is so refreshing in this flighty, cynical world, it's almost unbelievable to see. Quite an inspiration. I wish them both all the best.
Despite his seeming shyness, Bernardo's a big tease. Can't count the times I've watched him deliberately adjusting a towel or his briefs lower, as if he's casually straightening them to be more comfortable, but he always ends up lowering them a bit. Sorry to the naysayers but i feel love's back on their new video. Adam's been deeply spiritual on their relationship & that was beautiful. Bernardo is soo buff on this vid. i kinda envy their neighbors coz those windows are big.
