Zittz on the balls, solution?

ok so I could have called the thread "yellow dots" but I did search for this topic that way and couldn't find what I looked for.

So I do have some skin problems, I'm 21 and still get some zitts, but I don't care about those on my face as much as those on my balls... I did ask some people I know and they mentioned it's quite normal, so I'm not ashamed to ask about those anymore... im not sure if they are the same thing as zittz, but they sure look like it.

I wouldn't mind them that much cause most often they get squeezed out easyly, sadly sometimes they are hard as hell, I try a lot and I'll rather get to see blood rather than yellow goo!

I'm just so annoyed by them! What's causing them? What to do about em? Is there some cream against them or something?

Fordyces are on the shaft, mine are on the balls only so not sure if it's that's it

I have the constantly... always a few, and normally I can squeeze them out but this is the third time in this many years that one is too hard to squeeze.

And I am a virgin... I do jerk off once a day or so, well lately sometimes I spend a day without masturbation .....

If it’s only the small white/ yellow dots, it’s possibly a hair follicle. As the skin of your sack is not very thick the hair grows right under the surface.

If you occasionally get acne on your face or elsewhere then you can get it in your groin also. It happened to me when I was young: sack, shaft ... nothing was off-limits.

do you change your underwear daily? sometimes wearing a shirt or pants too long causes me to get a random pimple or two. try changing clothes immediately after sweating. just imho.
