So I wrote this to someone asking for advice. Maybe it helps someone? Would love to hear if it does. You can see me using this method in the vid. At 44 seconds changes from voluntary tenses to involuntary contractions.
Okay so what you need to do is:
First have time and patience. It can't be rushed, but once you've done it you can lean what it feels like and can get quicker.
