Hello there - if you are very thick then your lack of length might not matter at all. The only way that you could enlarge it is to go through painful surgery that cuts a ligament at the base of your penis causing the portion that's in your body to protrude and lengthen it - but you'll most probably only increase by a centimetre if you are lucky. Then there are injections that can add thickness but you are already thick. I'm not sure if you are gay or straight, but as a straight woman I can tell you that size really doesn't matter at all - a woman's vagina is only 4-5 inches long anyway and the most sensitive part is the first two inches - to be honest the best orgasm I ever had was from a man with an average penis and then it wasn't from him using it - lots of going down on me and stopping just before I came built me up to a fab orgasm. Yeah surgical techniques can maybe add length - but I bet its doubtful whether it would actually be functional due to nerve connection and blood supply.
