With all due respect, Deb, intracervical sex is impossible. And even if it were possible with an average-sized cock, it wouldn't be with the girths you are describing.

Cervical dilation is an intensely complex process that involves chemical cascades in the body (during childbirth) as well as physical changes.

Even dilating a cervix in a Dr.'s office enough to insert an IUD (skinny little thing) is difficult and quite painful.

Whatever you are doing to "stretch" your vaginal length, be assured it has nothing to do with your cervix. The cervix is actually not at the distal apex of the vagina anyway, so stretching/opening it would not help you in terms of being able to take more length.

Even if you did manage to stretch it (and the effect would be very slight), it would quickly return to its natural state and absolutely could not accommodate penetration by a penis.
