That has been disproved so many times that it is a running joke around here.

I have never seen it disproved , even appears in medical volumes.
Let's first get facts straight. Dr. Oz didn't make this claim. There's a blog on Oz's website by Harry Fischer, MD, who cites a book by "researcher" Garry Griffin with this supposed statistic. I can't find anything about Griffin to indicate his expert status in the field, but the guy is hawking a bunch of books on penis enlargement and other burning sex issues like auto fellatio. Yep, he sells a book about how to bend over and blow oneself.
Cite which "medical volumes" have anything about that self-promoting asshat.
I did. The opening paragraph states everything needed to be said about him:
"Jonah Adam Falcon (born July 29, 1970)[1] is an American actor and television presenter.[2] He came to national attention in 1999 over the size of his penis, reported to be the largest on record at 13.5 inches (34 cm) long when erect.[3][4] However, Falcon has not authorized or permitted independent verification of this figure"
This guy's only stock in trade is his *self-proclaimed* penis size. He's an actor who can't land a real role, yet won't do porn because that would be, "taking the easy route."
Who won't allow their penis to be measured? Someone who is lying about its size.
It's analogous to me claiming to be a fighter pilot, but there's no record of me in the military, and I refuse to pilot a fighter jet.
Wanna buy a bridge?
Need to remember also that Wikipedia pages of "famous personalities" (or, wannabees) are almost always controlled by the personality himself or his manager, etc.
Hence, useless in this case...

that's the best way to measure a cock, see what's out the end, and hey, as long as you feel his pubic hair scraping your buttocks.
Did have one one time when he was still pushing and I just couldnt take it any more, so said "if I bite the end will you stop shoving", he laughed and the last couple of inches flew inside ending with a bush crush.......
The stats are definitely wrong. That's proven by lots of clinical studies. This guy is just pulling numbers out of his ass.

i highly doubt thats the one true thing hes ever said
Of course it's "possible." But it's unlikely that anyone would ever see one.
Disagreeing : -Only one man in 10,000 has a 10-inch erection
It's far far less. Not even 1 in 1,000,000.
If we take for example the Lifestyle Condom study, we find at +5 standard deviations 24.8cm (9.78")
In probability,+5sd Q, is: 0.00002867865% or 1 in 3,486,914
Some remarks :
1. For 10" it is even less ( by +/- a factor 20 )
2. The Lifestyle Condom study was done with volunteers, skewing the distribution to the right. A random penis study would certainly result in a lower average, so a lower number for the 10"-ers.
3. The study was done on healthy young students. Not really a sample of the male population.
4. Probability has its limits for skewed normal distributions. After +3sd the results aren't reliable, but an indication with a large error margin.
