i'm determined to start watching my weight. i eat healthy things but sometimes in ridiculous quantities so, mostly i'm determined to be reasonable with portion size! my metabolism just isn't what is was when i was younger and the scale has been creeping in the wrong direction for too long. the scale touched 230 just after the New Year, and that was enough to say no more.
i'm currently 225lbs and my target is 195. I'd like to maintain just under 200, as i think this is a healthy weight for my body type. i'm 6'3".
