He comes from old Peoria money, so likely inherited money from his grandparents. I think he was a savvy investor early on, so probably still has funds from that. He probably lives with his credit cards nearly maxed out, and maybe he does do a bit of very discreet escorting. All this in addition to whatever he's making from his "legit" hotel job. That's my hypothesis.

(It's fun to imagine him as a global ho-for-hire, earning most of his money that way, but I'm trying to give a real response.)

Who came up with that name? I know it's French and not the done thing to be so juvenile as to state the obvious, but come on.

At least tell us commoners how to pronounce it. It's one thing to have a name that sounds like an obscene word but everyone knows how to say it; it's another where the most logical pronunciation among anglophones is a sound like fuck.

I was just in Paris and saw multiple stores for a brand called “Fursac.” I actually asked a store associate about where the name came
from, and to hear the pronunciation because in my head I pronounced it like “Fur Sack.”

Turns out it’s the name of a town, which is fine of course but the correct pronunciation was not how I was saying it in my head lol.
