Any tips on how to create images in 3:2 ratio (768x512) that does not look like a disturbing human centipede?

Most models do not do well in the lying or prone position. I think there is a specially trained model that deals with this on civitai. I suggest trying combinations of turning off Highres fix, lower denoise strength, and use controlnet, then use img2img upscales and inpainting to add detail to the image. Or render in vertical pose and rotate horizontal
