There does seem to be a trend towards men who look like they are auditioning for the part of a wet rodent.

Whether it's music, hairstyles, clothes etc What goes around comes around.
But I must agree with the OP. I like men to look like men, not nerdy looking geeks.
Well you see that's where "subjective" comes into play.
So I'm gonna pull up this photo you referenced.
"Nerdy looking geek. I want men to look like men" in other words you are saying you want more rugged/rough/masculine men. So your argument, imo only applies actually to just one man in this picture; and it's the guy on the bottom right. Timothee Chalet, who is very effeminate presenting, and I agree, and he isn't my type, but a lot of women are into guys who look like that.
Guy on the top left, Matty Healy (which btw is a very odd/strange picture of him.) is very masculine, maybe just in that picture he seems off but yeah.
Guy in the top middle row. Mike Faist, is very masculine/rugged and yeah.
Guy on the top right, Jeremy Allen White. Meh, he has kinda a boyish/Babyface, but no in this case I'm gonna disagree. He seems masculine/manly to me.
Guy on the bottom left, Josh O'Connor. Nope. He is very masculine/roughneck looking. He's dorky but in a more rugged/masculine way imo. So yeah.
So in that example, only one of out of those five men fell into that trope you gave so idk. lol.
But then again, I'm sure someone is gonna disagree with me, and that's fine. And thus, we go back to things being "subjective" and you're free to disagree with me. But yeah lol. My point exactly lol.
But I just wanted to make things clear in a general/attractiveness sense. So yeah.
