They do it because their DMs are probably flooded with guys asking for nudes, an OF link, and if they're gay. This is their way to still "cater" to that audience while showing everyone that they're straight and married, so they'll (probably) never have an OF, nudes, etc.

Also, I know he has a lot of AI-enhanced pics on his Insta, but Ankit is definitely not AI generated.
