Another Hymen Thread

Girl I totally know what you are talking about. I had to really look for these pieces also. Tattered is a PERFECT word for what I have.

Oh, yay! Your (amazing) drawing makes more sense now - I no longer interpret it as vagina dentata :biggrin1:

I grew up on the back of a horse, and I remember my Mum telling me once that I would no longer be a "delicate flower." Yes, the old urban legend is true. I have no hymen at all, not even remnants. And, Mum, I don't think I was ever a delicate flower! LOL! I loved barrel racing, which meant I rode my horse at very high speeds with strong turns. I can't tell you how many times I was thrown.

I'm not a fan of self-inspection, either. I don't think I'm very pretty down there, but my wonderful husband says I look like a beautiful lily to him. He's love blind.

This thread gets my "Learn something new" award for the day. I always thought the hymen was an "either it's there or it's not" thing.

I do have a question... A friend I worked with once said her vagina was weird looking. She mentioned how at the bottom of her hole it looked like a small tongue was sticking out. Could this have been a remnant of her hymen?

Best recreation I could pull off is attached.

I had a sort of "mangled heart" thing going on below. The first time I tore it was an eye opener. I had always thought it would be a *pop* and it's done type deal. Mine was very thick and resilient. In fact, I am pretty sure I tore it while experimenting before I ever had sex, then broke it more when I first had sex.

I was a very sporty kid so I'm fairly sure my hymen disappeared at an early age. I have no idea what it looked like.

The variety of hymen is interesting -- thanks MR!

No worries, some people feel that way.
Personally, I love the look of the vuvla and the variety (of everything) from woman to woman. Apart from the folds/hidden nature of lady bits, there's an equivalence to the qualities and responses of human genitalia.....
I love the look of a variety of vulvas too, but in common with subgirrl, I'm not really fussed about mine. The pleasure; the wetness; the softness, the taste: yes! Looking at it: not so much.

Most likely this was a remnant of her last boyfriend.

Could very well be or a tag made out of tissue. That is not unusual at all in the vaginal area inside or outside.

That made me chuckle! I suppose calling her now, out of the blue, telling her about your theory wouldn't be too appropriate.

See, it is true that when you die you end up in heaven! Well, at least his dick did.

You're giving me some remarkably sick, twisted and yet romantic ideas for how I'd like to be buried when I die.

Now, that makes sense. Thanks! If the subject ever comes up, I doubt it ever will, I can put forth that theory.

Read an article on something and felt compelled to post it here. As you can see i also felt the need to resurrect this thread because of how important body education is. This isn't something i normally consider. Not with this specific topic but the insane way this all played out and still is disturbs me.

Apologize if i'm doing any of this incorrectly but i feel it needs to be noted and my thinking is that this is the best place.

(Former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin on Thursday defended his controversial last-minute pardon of a man convicted of raping a ..., saying there was no physical evidence of her abuse.)

("Both their hymens were intact. This is perhaps more specific than people would want, but trust me. If you have been repeatedly sexually violated.... by an adult, there are going to be repercussions of that physically and medically," Bevin said.)

It would seem christianity played a part and still is in his decisions. Now here what science and scientists have to say.

(Bevin’s claim is flatly incorrect, Dr. George Nichols, who was Kentucky’s chief medical examiner for 20 years and later started the ... abuse evaluation system at Kosair Children’s Hospital, told The Courier Journal. “Rape is not proved by hymen penetration,” Nichols said. “Rape is proved by phallic penetration ... where the vaginal lips meet the outer surface of the vagina. “He not only doesn’t know the law, in my humble opinion, he clearly doesn’t know medicine and anatomy.”)
You can’t talk about minors it’s against the ToS. I’m editing out those parts in my quote. I also don’t really understand why you felt the need to resurrect this thread to post that...

Seems it was deleted entirely. I felt the need because large amounts of ignorance regarding the hymen were being used to create precedent. Figured a bit more focus on it might be a good idea. Sorry about the minors part. Didn't know when i should have but well Former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin.

I get a powerful fury knowing men who are astonishingly ignorant of women's bodies are able to pass laws on women's bodies.

From presence or absence of hymen to reimplanting ectopic pregnancy to abortion legislation. The willfully ignorant and vastly uninformed punishing real women for daring to expect being treated with respect or humanity.

How about hard hymen that take some intense thrusting to break,? Literally takes days of banging sone go to the doctor and het surgery.
I actually believe a hymenal virgin can take a bigger shaft, those common used wenches are weak from ill use.
