I always just pull over unless i am wearing a belt, then i loosen the belt then just pull over!

I always pull over the top of underwear. Every time I have tried to go out the hole in the shorts it somehow interrupts the fold of the fabric and I spend the rest of the day being aware of a problem with my shorts.

if jeans or heavier material i always unzip (never take off or undo belt) then pull down undies and over the top - and hold fabric away with thumb of one hand so as not to impede flow... works for me..
