Okay so from what I'm seeing, there's this website that has the full volumes 3 and 4. they're all blurred but I can sort of understand what's going on. Let me get into the details:

so adam is (I think) still into his ex. in the later pages, adam and his ex kisses on public. then, he later communicates again with his ex after having passionate sex with Paris. Also, there was this one panel where Adam had a dream or fantasy about Julian where he gave him a blowjob and Paris was like taking care of him (idk what happened to Adam but that is what I am seeing) so yikes. In the later scenes, Adam talks with Julian and he kisses him which is fucked up. The reason why I believe he kissed Julian is because he becomes jealous that Nate and Julian are becoming closer. Meanwhile, Paris' ex (i forgot his name) bothers him again and kisses him which leave Paris confused.

How could you make all these out with that amount of blur? Wow!
