Anyone know where I can find this posture collar?

Really like this posture collar, especially because of those puffy edges lining the top and bottom. If anyone can ID it or give a link to where I can find it I would much appreciate it! In addition if anyone can ID the guy in the video or the original source that would be awesome too.

For anyone wondering, I did find this exact Extreme Posture Collar by looking at Top to Bottom Leather UK on the Wayback Machine. Seems they used to sell it with the puffy edges but don't anymore.

I found one that is available now from a site called Fetish Dynasty that has a puffy edge. Not exactly the same, but I think it is probably the closest I can find that is still on the market.
