I think both happen. People are often inspired by are and imitate but art has also been since the beginning an interpretation of reality . So it is like the chicken and the egg.

Well,

As the family has shrunk we generally go over one of my aunt
s houses and the whole family shows up and brings something. But we usually have a myriad of meats (Turkey, Ham,venison, roast beef, ribs) multiple stuffings (Wild rice and Cornbread), freshly made rolls,fresh Kale and collards, sweet potato casserole, okra, corn, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, green salad, apple,sweet potato, coconut/lemon,pecan, blueberry pie, Coconut and pound cakes. Variety of soft drinks. We all bring something and every sits around and eats till we are as fat as tics. Sound good?

I'll be over about noon on Thanksgiving. LOL

I think many thought Amphetamines were that wonder drug but we see the damage they have done used improperly. There is no substitute for good old fashioned sleep.
