I am Polish and was taking liberties with a bit of light hearted humor. You however are not being funny at all. Polish people are wonderful. Poland is a beautiful country. End of story.

I love kielbasi and pierogis though not at the same meal. Is it okay to drink a German Riesling wine with kielbasi or is beer a better choice?

Also, I was told that most Polish prefer their pierogies with sour cream or a brown gravy. I find this odd as I prefer mine with diced tomatoes or even a marinara sauce.

Have you been to Poland? I did, Its a great country, Polish people very kind and always trying to make you feel at home. I employed some Polish decorators in london to repaint the front of my house, they did a great job, they keept the building site pristine. They are very proud of theirs historic inheritance, and more than everything very honest. Always try before judging.
