I've worked in art galleries and it's a common practice to mark some works as sold when they're actually not (sometimes they're pieces the artist has chosen to keep) as a way to draw people in and attract attention. If people see red dots, they start to think, "Hey, maybe there's something to this work. Maybe I should consider buying."

first thing i thought was "reserved" is bullshit and the sales don't have prices...

i'd bet most of that list is make believe
