Wow - just been doing some Google research. This guy must have massive balls. Maybe he is embarrassed by them - maybe he has elephantiasis of the balls which I have come across in some guys which he is ashamed of as otherwise he would have done some full frontals. He looks unnaturally huge.

Manpower performed on Sally Jessie many years back and a woman in the audience ask if Esa's Y-fronts were stuffed. In response, she was allowed to go up on stage to see for herself. He pulled open the top of his y-fronts so she could confirm that the hefty bulge was all him. I also saw an interview in some women's mag where one of his fellow performers said his nuts were the size of tennis balls and was hung like a horse.

I specifically remember this guy dancing as part of Thunder From Down Under on the Phil Donahue show. They performed the Tom Cruise-Risky Business number wearing the dress shirts and tighty-whiteys. (I looked around the internet and could not find a clip of the show.)
Esa looked like he was carrying a softball in his briefs.
A few weeks later I was in Las Vegas for business and took in their show to see for myself.
Although impressive, my conclusion was that the camera really does add 10 lbs!
