Ball Stretching

Update: The oval stretcher fits great and I no longer feel like one of my balls is going to slip up through the gap! I love the way it looks, and I feel like it's (hopefully) going to be effective at getting me the permanent hang that I want.

However, it weighs 25oz (my previous one was 16oz and gave me no issues which is why I felt comfortable upgrading the weight), and I'm wondering if it might be a bit heavy. The stretcher is 45mm long, and my sack is able to handle that amount of stretch since I don't feel any pain from the skin being stretched. However, if I'm walking around, I feel that low dull ache in my balls, kind of like the feeling of recovering from having been kicked in the nuts. It's not so bad that I can't wear it (I wore it for close to 2 hours last night and felt okay even wearing it to CVS to buy shea butter lotion), but the ache is definitely there nonetheless.

Is this type of dull ache normal? I know there is some amount of pain that's necessary in order to see any gains, but I'm curious for your thoughts on what type/level of pain should be expected and what you would consider to be too much.

Another update: I ended up returning this stretcher because I experienced one of my balls slipping into it twice, which was definitely frustrating since I thought I had finally solved that issue. This one was 25mmx45mm, so I'm thinking I may need to go with an even smaller width than 25mm.

Is it better to stretch by length or by weight?
I only used weights that I think are more comfortable than leather stretchers.
To increase the weight, you stack the stretchers, you have to stretch your ballsack lengthwise to fit all the rings.

I have several ballstretchers. My favorite is a 500gr or 2x250gr (17oz) stretcher that I can keep 24/7.

My balls feel well with 750gr - 1.6lbs. Can keep it for long time.

To me it depends of what I wear. By length, using silicone ring, I can wear my regular underwear and pants. The stretch is like "Forced" , not feeling mpaired by being "stuffed in your cloth. By weight, it requires looser cloth to be comfy or commando/freeballing to really take advantage of gravity. I'm really just beginning and new to ball stretching but this is what I've come to understand in my personal experience. And sitting with weight is a more difficult than silicone stretch at this point. It is also a question of progress, getting use to it, one or the other.

Yes, agree with you. Need some time to get used with weights 24/24 for some days while commando/freeballing to take advantage of the stretching.
