I'm big-balled and generally happy with it. It does require a guy to be more careful in the kind of underwear he wears -- something with a pouch is useful -- and sometimes on very warm days the excessive hang can get annoying.

I'm glad mine are fairly tight despite their size ... they get in the way enough as it is (turnstiles are definitely NOT my friends!) I cringe a little when I see a guy with very low hangers, imagining the many ways he could hurt himself.

I have good-sized but not massive balls. They hang low, along with an 8.5" cock to keep them company. I never wear underwear, that increases rather than decreases discomfort. I do sit on them occasionally and I do have to adjust them many times each day. Still, I am very happy with them.

I think that my low-hanging free-swinging balls are less likely to get hurt than if they were trussed up in underwear. They have never been hurt by turnstiles. They move out of the way of most anything that comes their way. A bicycle saddle is more of a risk to the health of my cock than my balls.
