We'll get the research published soon and link it here for baseball.
It's just a little space up there in the pubis somewhere that they pop up into. Several guys on this thread can do it, some spontaneously. Mine probably would pop in there and stay there if I was really freezing cold.
You demonstrate over and over your amazing ability not to read posts in completion and misinterpret everything. I believe i posted an article on what you are describing.....so uhm i didnt say it doesnt happen.....i said its not entering a cavity
its not a cavity, its probably a continuation of the processus vaginalis. I was correcting your terminology.....yes people can do it.....uhm duh i posted an article about it.....the testicles are being retracted back along the same path they descended, however, they are not entering the abdominal cavity
thats just a friendly observation
and anyways, back to the importance of this thread. I learned something new lookin up articles on this. I used to think increased risk of cancer was only on undescended testicles and by 1 year of age they should surgically be placed into the scrotum, however, if someone has frequently retracting testicles there is also some inherent risk. This underlies the importance of self exam and any change or painless lump or mass should be brought to a doctors attention immediately
