if you're talking about places like in africa, the biggest cause of the spread of HIV is that a lot of peoples believe that having sex with a virgin is the cure, so virgins (and in some cases, infants) get raped. i learned about that while researching for my condoms speech. the other info i got is in my blog

I think everyone needs to get back to the main question. Can he get infections from unprotected anal sex and is it okay to just urinate and wipe off. These are all risks you have to take into consideration while having anal sex (or any sex). If she is clean back there and you are both healthy, then your risk is on the low side (but still not zero). Keep baby wipes by your bedside and urinate right afterwards... Seriously, I have to disagree. I've been with my wife for 14 years and married for 9. I have never played around and neither has she. Yes I know you could say she was fucking around without my knowledge but not everyone is incapable of being faithful. If you're in a committed monogamous relationship, there's nothing wrong with bareback anal so long as you're both disease-free. One thing to bear in mind though, and this goes for whether you use condoms or not, never go back to the vagina after anal without having a thorough wash first.
