I think it's reasonably likely that he, a celebrity with sex appeal, might pad his package when appearing in tight, revealing clothes that draw attention to it. Now I'm not saying that's necessarily the case, but come on. No celebrity would play his part in Rocky Horror without making a halfway decent showing in the briefs. His bulge would look the same in the movie whether his penis is tiny or huge.

It's hilarious what gets termed a 'massive' bulge in the celebrity threads. I would say that's a 'tv-sized' bulge at best. As far as his showing in Rocky Horror is concerned, it's possible that's all him but it's just as possible that there's some padding, if for no other reason than to make up for shrinkage. The cast and crew of that film have attested that the house where it was filmed was freezing cold the entire time and all the main characters were in underwear or less nearly the entire time. In that situation, I'm pretty sure I'd be trying to coax my nuts out from behind my ears in short order.
