one of my pet peeves is inaccurate information & it happens way too often not just here but specifically here from ppl who are just fishing for negative discourse not rooted in facts. most can’t even report on BBA content accurately; what makes you think they will with this kind of story.
for those who don’t know, the age of consent in GA, the state in which this took place is 16. based on the charge; we know the “victim” was at least 16. if she was not; the charges against him would be totally different. it’s my opinion she was older than 16 for the record which is why i feel they are both still responsible. is he innocent until proven guilty? HELL NO! he is guilty. he confessed the day of arrest on the police body-cam & confirmed that he indeed received oral sex from the girl involved.
nothing new has been reported that suggest this is a behavior Dominic regularly engages or engaged in. in fact we don’t even know if the girl was ok with someone exposing her private & personal life without her consent. nothing about this suggest he has or had intentions to rape her or anyone else. etc. my point is; ppl care less about either person involved & is simply attempting to paint this dude as the devil for engaging in “improper sexual conduct by a teacher.” although he’s not a teacher or coach; but bc he assisted & was affiliated with the school; he was charged based on this metric.
we have already established this was inappropriate and is indeed frowned upon. but uses phrases like sex crimes & pedophile is misleading. no one is defending, but the reality is; most ppl in the adult industry don’t care & it’s just facts. his new scene is on its way to 200 likes as we speak. you think the few here are the only ppl that know about this story.
we live in age where ppl are being married at 16, changing their sex earlier than that, etc. so news flash i don’t think the generally adult industry public find a 30 year old getting oral from a high school student that consented all that shocking to the point they have to cry about it on threads. one of the person complaining just said he didn’t want to see the scene unless Dominic was bottoming which like i pointed out; fake outrage.
ppl saying Dominic came back bc of the incident; i would argue differently; he probably would have never left had it not been for the pandemic & the girlfriend he likely meet doing that time frame. since Dominic was those two years; the longest he was off the site was for three months. he was heavily active. i actually think he enjoys it actually & seems to have & had a pretty good time filming.
the point here was never about defending or protecting Dominic; it was about not allowing this to become the focus & be dragged & personally with they just tried to do with Drake last year; i’m a little annoyed with ppl misinterpreting who a pedophile is. and what do you hope to accomplish? ppl not support BBA anymore? just Dominic scene? what? something else to shame Mike about? what is it about?
