But he did enough to violate Georgia state laws to be arrested and criminally charged. You do know that he's out on bail, right? You do know that the prosecution will investigate this further right? You do know that there can and will likely be additional charges when it goes to trial, right?
You can be obtuse and pretend the timing is a coincidence if you chose. These long, drawn-out, non-supporting yet trying to provide justification paragraphs are played. People are going to feel how they feel in this situation.

Claiming that people are sharing misleading information as if we don't all have the capacity to use the internet to research (or have degrees in the matter), just adds to what others have said...you're trying to justify his actions. If you want to still see and pleasure yourself to Dominic, that is your prerogative. That doesn't diminish how others, including me, think his actions were inexcusable. I was once a fan and that ended when that charge came out. It's a strong line in the sand for me.
