I agree that it’s extremely apparent he’s using something like this. That will only be clearer when he never shows anything without underwear. He is absolutely scamming, just like everyone else in the group linked in his bio. I think at this point, with the worldwide economic situation affecting everybody, it's best to assume that all of these B and C-tier influencers who are doing OF are just doing it as a cash grab. No one should expect anything more than the bare minimum, and everyone should expect to have their money wasted. These guys don't want to work regular jobs but they still need to make the money that a regular job pays. Seems to be true on most other threads on LPSG as well.
