Yes, extremely so. Most of the reason I am now somewhat bowlegged in my gait is growing up it was a way to keep the friction and bouncing around (and resultant discomfort) under some control. Wearing tailored but very loose cut baggy trousers helps too. I do recommend using Corn Starch instead of Baby Powder though. Any brand (Johnsons) will do. Both Corn Starch and Baby Powder are packaged the same. However, the Corn Starch will absorb more moisture and will not "cake" like Baby Powder often does.
