I think it does exist! Human beings can get addicted to anything if they like it too much. 
It's not healthy though! You are limiting your chances of being with another guy if you choose to be shallow and only go with guys with bigger dicks. Not all guys are well endowed and not all men with big dicks are actually nice as people. The other bad thing about big dicks is you might find it attractive to look at but you might find it uncomfortable to have sex with, or you might end up alone because you turned away attractive men who weren't so hung in hopes of being with a guy with a dick size that is really rare. Pro's and con's to everything.
This type of addiction could make someone very unhappy, like most addictions do.

In answer to your original question; Sex Addiction is a real and often misunderstood thing.
There is a self-help group available in the UK, and I've been in the past when I felt it was a problem many years ago..... and realised that I was fooling myself into thinking that I was the one in control of it
An obsession with big or really massive dicks is something that is subjective.
You probably realise that this could severely limit your experiences thereby excluding potential happiness ?
