Take a look at my gallery photos- compared to yours, my shaft is quite slender. I have a mushroom head and it's still probably smaller than yours.

This has me wondering. It seems like really fat dicks have relatively small heads and most mushroom heads are seen on skinnier shafts. Could it be that while penile shaft circumference varies somewhat widely, head size remains more closely the same?
