Maybe add more description. I've found that adding "in despair" or "exhausted" or "because he's looking for his contact lens" distracts the ai from the fact that the subject is kneeling.

I think kneeling can easily be interpreted as either sexual or submissive so the ai is wary of it.

It's the same with kissing. If you just have the men snogging it gets blocked much more often than if you add "in celebration"
