One of the things I like about men is that they're kinda dumb. But "dumb" doesn't necessarily mean pernicious. Then when his fans also piped in with the same criticism, he responded to each and every one of them with the same sanitized response; something along the lines of: "I've expressed my concerns to Pokmi and they've assured me that they're working on being green", not even mentioning what Pokmi supposedly said to achieve this faith from Blake, not mentioning what Blake's specific criticisms were in the first place.

Back to my point about dumbness: it is manifestly true that NFTs are a scam. nfts and crypto can't ever be green. cryptomining is harmful to the environment, and there's no way around it. imagine you're downloading a huge file on your computer and it's going to take hours to finish, so you leave it on to finish downloading. from the electricity being used to the heat generated by the computer, that stuff causes harm to the environment. and because of that, there's no going green option. their idea of going green would probably be by using alternative energy methods, like solar or wind power, except that's not gonna change the fact that the mining is still causing harm to the environment.
crypto is a scam, it's no different than pyramid schemes. the ones that got in early, those are at the top, and they're making the big bucks, and they gotta make sure they get in as many patsies into it, because the more lower level people in it there are, the more the value of it goes up, and the more money the people at the top make, but the ones at the lower levels, they'll be lucky to not go bankrupt. nfts are the dude version of avon.
