Part of the reason he was let go is because he kissed his crew mate when she had not consented. Go back and look at what the Captain said.
She played it very cool. However, she could have slapped his face and reported him to the Captain for sexual harrassment. I don't think she did that. I can't recall.
However, the charter guests made a point of brining it up to the Captain.
Some of you love supporting abusive men. It's really sad.

It was a charter guest so clearly you can’t remember it correctly. She clearly didn’t have an issue with it and the other guests all knew it was a playful thing. And no the main reason he was wrongfully terminated was because his roommate wrongfully thought he threatened him. It’s sad that you think he’s abusive. Do better.

Wrong. I don't believe for a second that you were a guest on that trip.
He was fired based on a combination of sexual harrassment and threatening his roommate.
The support for this abusive man is mindblowing.

Wow you really did not understand my post. I did not say I was a guest! I said the woman he playfully kissed was. NOT ME. It’s mind blowing that you actually thought I meant i was a guest. All of the other guests clearly understood it as a funny thing. They told the captain believing he would see that but he overreacted. You are so ingrained in your false perspective you actually completely misunderstood what I said!

The guests were making fun of Kyle and said he was problematic.

He DEFINITELY threatened him. He said about messing up his face. Plus!!! He just got arrested for running across a soccer field during play, punched a security guard in the face and tried to bribe a police officer with $300 to let him go. We will eventually read that he is sent to prison or was killed by his own stupidity. Good riddance, bye!!!
