For a while: Honeynut Cheerios or Frosted Miniwheats w/fruit.

But lately: Cascadian Farm Organic Granola Oats and Honey w/fruit.

Oh, and with skim milk (snort).

Whole oats oatmeal (not quick) with dried cranberries, walnuts, and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. I throw in raisins if I'm low on cranberries.

I like to buy these cereals with the vitamin-sugar and use them as topping for my doctor-prescribed oatmeal. Have you tried Blueberry Muffin Tops? Or the mini-wheats with the blueberry frosting?
