This is a really sad story, warning... not to bring you down, but I was shared a room in a hospital with a young girl like this the night before her surgery to remove them. She was 13, no lie, they wouldn't stop growing, she couldn't run, participate in a lot of things, it was really tough. And back then they didn't handle things like that as sensitively as they would now. My impression was that it was a kind of hormonal imbalance, though, if they left any of the tissue at all it would continue to grow.

But on a lighter note, many of you mention the way breasts move. and it made me wonder if you care about whether they're "real" or not? What about obvious fakes, do you care either way?

I'm a straight woman and don't really care about women's breast sizes, but have seen too much porn with bad boob jobs. Mostly they just don't move properly.

Amen! Big breasts rule. Since the 7th grade, my motto has been, "Happiness begins with an F cup." A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure and luxury of having sex with a remarkable women -- she filled a 44J (yes J - also known as a HHH -- cup). Abstract
An 11-year-old girl with massive virginal breast hypertrophy is presented. The breasts had begun to grow rapidly at puberty and had reached an enormous size within a year, to the point of causing physical impairment and respiratory compromise. Routine blood chemistry and endocrine investigation was normal, as was an MRI scan of the pituitary fossa. A bilateral reduction mammaplasty with free nipple grafts was performed, removing 12.5 kg of tissue in all (24% of the total body weight). There was no recurrence at a 2 year follow up, and no requirement for additional surgery. A review of the literature reveals that breast regrowth is less frequent when free nipple grafting is used, and this technique is recommended for these extraordinary cases.

I like large natural breast. With the caveat that they be on a slimmer body. While I prefer natural I can handle implants as well, they all taste the same after all. I look at it like Dr. Pepper, while I prefer real Dr. Pepper, if all I am offered is Diet that's okay too, it is still satisfying.
